One-Time Rental Placements
If you are a property owner and are just looking for a tenant, we can help. We will evaluate your property and market it professionally, and effectively, to obtain the highest market rental income.
- We will thoroughly market the property and arrange all showings to potential tenants. We’ll run a full background, credit and reference check on prospective tenants.
- Upon acceptance of a tenant we will collect the first month’s rent, last month’s rent and security deposit.

- We will prepare all of the necessary leasing paperwork, as well as all necessary legal disclosures.
