Finding a rental home, apartment or condo in the Seattle area can be very frustrating and time consuming. There is no single place that posts all of the rentals available. We have a rental property on Pigeon Point in Seattle that is a 3BR/1.5BA rambler completely remodeled inside (like new construction basically throughout) with a view of Seattle’s skyline. We are potentially interested in either one-time placement or long-term management, but want to get an idea of the fees involved. Could you give me an idea of what types of fees (i.e. flat fees or percentages) your group charges for management of a single family unit like the one we have?
