Magnolia Real Estate and Neighborhood Guide

Located on a small peninsula just a couple of miles northwest of downtown Seattle, the Magnolia neighborhood offers a quiet, small town vibe and stunning geographical beauty. Surrounded on three sides by water, Magnolia has some of the best views in the city…if not the world. Magnolia’s numerous parks and beaches make these views readily available, keeping them accessible for those who aren’t able to afford the often hefty price tags of the area’s real estate. The heart of the neighborhood is known as Magnolia Village, which is comprised of a few blocks of quaint little shops and restaurants, most of which are locally owned. Discovery Park, located in Magnolia’s northwest quadrant, is one of Seattle’s largest parks. The Elliot Bay Marina, located between Magnolia and Queen Anne, is one of the region’s largest, and offers excellent access for boaters, as well as some excellent fine dining.
